AITP Student Chapter
We have been approached by the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP, www.aitp.org) to establish a student chapter at SPSU. AITP is one of the oldest and largest groups of IT professionals, and provides an excellent opportunity for you to network with established professionals in the field. Dr Jack Zheng has kindly volunteered to be the faculty adviser of the student chapter.
IT Course Changes Starting Fall 2013
1. The system administration track will be renamed to enterprise systems for BSIT.
2. IT 4713 and IT 6713 Business Intelligence courses have been approved! They will be added to the catalog starting fall 2013 in the enterprise systems track.
3. The new mobile and web track for BSIT has been approved. The new IT 4213 mobile web development will be offered in the future.
